Deco Bioglitter™ is suitable for use on flowers and plants to enhance their natural beauty. When glitter is used in this application there are many opportunities for it to fall off and enter the environment throughout the supply cycle; at the coater, in the delivery truck, in the store and final disposal at home. Bioglitter™ is the perfect choice to ensure minimal environmental impact. Bioglitter is suitable for dipping, spraying or sprinkling coating techniques.

PRINTING-FABRIC
When fabrics printed with glitter are washed there is a chance that some could be shed during the washing process and enter the environment. Deco Bioglitter™ is perfect for use on fabric, can be flatbed screen, rotary screen and drop glitter printed.

Whatever the use, we always recommend Bioglitter™ is first tested in formulation and application.
The responsibility for determining the suitability of Bioglitter™ in application lies with the customer.

Deco Bioglitter™ SPARKLE is a TECHNICAL grade of Bioglitter™ SPARKLE for printing, coating, horticultural and other applications. It represents a new eco-friendly innovation in decorative coating and printing effect pigments.
This bright metallic effect glitter is indistinguishable from traditional plastic glitter. Deco Bioglitter™ SPARKLE, like all Bioglitter™ products, is based on natural material rather than plastic and has been developed to biodegrade in the natural environment.
Our latest innovation in this range, ‘Deco Bioglitter™ SPARKLE GC’, is TÜV ‘OK biodegradable WATER’ certified. This is the highest level of independent certification for fresh water biodegradability in the world and the same level of certification already accredited to the Bioglitter™ PURE ranges.

OPALESCENT, IRIDESCENT GLITTER REINVENTED
Deco Bioglitter™ PURE is a TECHNICAL grade of Bioglitter™ PURE
for printing, coating, horticultural and other applications.
Due to the physical properties and chemistry of the raw materials used in Bioglitter™ it is not possible to re-create the structure of a traditional iridescent glitter. Therefore, we have had to take a completely different approach. Our soft focus naturals colour range was our first offering in this novel type of glitter. ‘Opal’, a mother of pearl effect and ‘Vivid’, a strong metallic effect, both launched in 2020 are our most recent colour ranges.
All Bioglitter™ PURE products do not have a reflective aluminium layer, so although they are less brilliant than Bioglitter™ SPARKLE they do offer a novel effect with enhanced formulation compatibility and resistance.
Deco Bioglitter™ PURE, like all Bioglitter™ products, is based on natural material rather than plastic and has been developed to biodegrade in the natural environment. Like all Bioglitter™ PURE products it is TÜV ‘OK biodegradable WATER’ certified. The highest level of independent certification for fresh water biodegradability in the world
